Sao Palo’s AIDS Pride Festival

Phaedrus has been quite baffled by the vast and noisily enthusiastic turnout of AIDS victims, transsexual freaks and pedophiles, wildly celebrating on the streets of Sao Palo this weekend.
20 years ago, there was a stigma attached to being infected with AIDS, yet today, these revelers seem ecstatic about the fact that they’re fatally ill – and they don’t give a damn if everyone knows it! Well better party on while you can!! A strange old world we live in…
